HUD Issues Final VAWA Housing Regulations

In October 2010, (which is not coincidentally Domestic Violence Awareness Month), HUD issued final conforming regulations to the VAWA housing provisions that create rights for applicants to and residents in HUD assisted public and Section 8 housing.
