What's Happening?

For the next several weeks, FIA will be providing opportunities for agencies and clients to respond to specific questions about the content and design of the new application form, and to provide comments on certain proposed changes. Clients and advocates will be able to access the questions and proposals online at www.michigan.gov/fia-application. Comments can be submitted to fia-application@michigan.gov. Check the website each week to see what questions are being considered.It is important for advocates and clients to comment on the proposed changes, and on their preferences for the content and style of the new application and the new Rights and Responsibilities booklet.
