What's Happening?

ALMB was eliminated due to budget constraints but has since been reinstated. Medicare recipients that are eligible for ALMB have income that is over 120% of poverty but not more than 135% of poverty. Medicare Part B premiums are paid by ALMB for those who are eligible. Premiums will continued to be paid, at least through March 2004.
