Issue Summary:

Updated list of Department of Community Health (DCH) Waiver Services Agencies for the home and community-based services waiver for the elderly and disabled (HCBS), updated information about BCCCP program.

Persons Affected:

MA recipients who receive waiver services, and low-income women who need screening for breast and cervical cancer.

What's Happening?

The list of Waiver Service Agents with which DCH has contracted has been updated and is located at the end of PEM 106. The new web address that lists BCCCP referral agencies is now located at,1607,7-132-2940_2955_2975-13487--,00.html.You can also access that site by going to, and searching for “bcccp.”

Finding Help

Most legal aid and legal services office handle these type of cases, and they do not charge a fee.
