What's Happening?
Effective May 1, 2002, FIA has updated the income limits for Healthy Kids, AD-Care, Medicare Savings Program, QDWI, RAP-Medical, and TMA-Plus. The new limits replace the estimated poverty levels and are lower that initial estimates. See Chart for complete details

Most legal aid and legal services office handle these type of cases, and they do not charge a fee.
