This CORT one day training will
be held in Lansing at the State Bar Building.
This training is a prerequiste to attend the
CORT Trial Advocacy Skills Training (TAST) in August.
Litigation Planning Training seeks to introduce participants to
litigation planning techniques and
approaches according to the trial notebook model. It will consist of lectures and small group exercises designed to
help participants get started on the preparation of a trial notebook.
